Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Ordinary Returns (Change of Mind)

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where reasonably applicable. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

For ordinary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us at drew22520@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Please do not return the item until we've had a chance to review your case — in most instances a return shipment isn't necessary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or, for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, once your case is reviewed), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time following approval.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has entered fulfillment or processing. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and our standard return policy will apply instead.
